The Trustee
The Trustee for the Settlement Solutions National Pooled Trust is the National Non-Profit for Americans with Disabilities, Inc. (NNAD) pursuant to Federal Law under the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993 (OBRA 1993).
The NNAD is a non-profit, tax exempt, Florida corporation. Its primary purpose is to support those who serve the disabled. More specifically, NNAD will promote further and support selected charitable activities and organizations that provide goods, services, or funding for individuals who are disabled.

Anthony F. Prieto, CFP®
Anthony F. Prieto, Jr., CFP® is a Partner with Settlement Asset Management. Prior to this position, Prieto spent 4 years with a national structured settlement firm. Prieto spent over ten years as a financial advisor with a regional firm specializing in investment and insurance planning for State University Employees. Prieto was able to gain extensive experience in creating plans for all types of employees, from high level administrators to maintenance staff. Prieto is a frequent speaker in the southeast on the various issues involved in settlement planning. Prieto has over 13 years experience in the financial planning industry, he specializes in:
